TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. By way of model consent, I hereby enter into an agreement with Julia Broad to photograph employees and staff. This is to protect the privacy of Julia Broad & clients. 2. I understand that all digital files, photographs and copyright remain the property of www.juliabroad.com and may be used in social media and marketing without explicit consent. 3. Imagery will not be delivered until all outstanding payments have been made in full. 4. www.JuliaBroad.com will keep back up JPG files FOR NO LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS. 6. Please allow 7 days for processing of final images from date of selection unless discussed prior to session. 7. Please download these files within two weeks. After this time, the gallery will be shut down. Julia Broad accepts no responsibility for client’s loss of images. 7. Any travel incurred during the session may be added to the final invoice. 9. If illness or wet weather conditions (for an outdoor location shoot) should prevent the portrait session taking place on the agreed date, the portrait session fee shall be transferable to another suitable date. Refunds will not be given.
